If you don't want Creatorintel to keep data on you, send us your handle. We delete every record we have within 48 hours and add your handle to a permanent never-scrape list, so you won't reappear in our database in the future.
No questions. No friction. No retention argument. We respect creator agency over their own data, period.
How it works
- 01Email privacy@creatorintel.co with your platform handle and the platform name.
- 02We reply within 24 hours confirming we received the request, including a one-click verification link.
- 03You click the verification link from the same email address to confirm it's actually you.
- 04We delete every row of data tied to that handle within 48 hours and add your handle to the permanent never-scrape list.
- 05We send a final confirmation email when deletion completes, with a record ID for your files.
Send the request
The fastest way is email. We are working on a self-serve form for the next release; for now, the email below is monitored daily and verifies same-day.
- Platform (OnlyFans, Twitter, Reddit, TikTok, etc.)
- Your handle on that platform (just the @ name).
- Reason - optional, we don't need one.
Other things we should explain
The opt-out covers your handle on the platform you specify. If you have multiple handles across platforms, list them all in one email - we process them together.
The never-scrape list is permanent: once your handle is on it, our scrapers will actively skip you on every future run, even if you become highly visible later. You can ask to be removed from the never-scrape list at any time.
