Draft v1 - pending counsel review

Data practices.

This page is our Article 14 GDPR information notice. It tells you, plainly, what data we process about creators, where we got it, why we have it, how long we keep it, and how to make us delete it.

Who we are

Creatorintel is operated by a sole proprietor in Italy as of this draft. Once an entity is formed (planned post-revenue), this section will list the SRL name, registration number, and registered address. Until then, you can reach the operator at privacy@creatorintel.co.

What personal data we process

If you are a creator and we have data on you, it is one or more of:

  • Your public handle on a creator platform (e.g. OnlyFans, Twitter, Reddit).
  • Your public profile bio, truncated to 280 characters.
  • Public metrics: follower count, post count, subscription price, engagement counts.
  • Public timestamps of your posts.
  • Niche labels you have publicly assigned to yourself.

We do not process your real name, your address, your phone number, your payment information, your location more precise than country, your DMs, your photos, your videos, or any content behind a paywall or login.

Where we got it

We collected it from public-facing pages on: creator platforms (OnlyFans, Fansly, Fanvue), search engines and trends APIs (Google Trends), social networks (Twitter / X official API, Reddit public JSON, TikAPI for TikTok), and tube sites' public category pages. We never logged in. We never bypassed a paywall. We respected every site's robots.txt.

Why we have it (lawful basis)

Article 6(1)(f) GDPR - legitimate interest. Our legitimate interest is providing growth analytics and benchmarks to creators who want to understand their market. Our processing is necessary because no equivalent dataset is published. The impact on data subjects is minimal because the data is already public on the platforms where you posted it, and we only store business-relevant metrics, never your content.

Our Legitimate Interest Assessment (LIA) is on file and available to supervisory authorities on request.

How long we keep it

Raw scraped data is kept at most 90 days, then deleted. Aggregated trend data (e.g. "fitness niche grew 12% week-on-week") is kept indefinitely because it contains no personal data once aggregated.

Who else sees it

Your aggregated metrics may appear in trend reports, niche benchmarks, and public industry analyses. Your handle is never publicly attributed in those reports. Internal access is limited to the operator. We do not sell, share, or license individual creator data to anyone, including platforms.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access - request a copy of all data we hold on you.
  • Rectification - ask us to correct inaccurate data.
  • Erasure - ask us to delete your data ('right to be forgotten').
  • Object - object to our processing on legitimate-interest grounds.
  • Portability - receive your data in a machine-readable format.
  • Lodge a complaint - with the Italian Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali or your local supervisory authority.

Exercise any of these rights by emailing privacy@creatorintel.co. We respond to all requests within 30 days; most are resolved within 48 hours. Or use the simpler opt-out form.

No special-category data

We process commercial metadata (prices, post counts, follower counts) only. We do not infer or store special-category data under Article 9 GDPR (sexual orientation, sexual life, political opinions, health data, biometric data). The fact that a creator works on an adult-content platform is publicly self-declared by them; it is not inferred by us.
