Niche choice is the single biggest determinant of creator revenue. A creator in a growing niche with average content out-earns a creator in a saturating niche with great content, and the gap is widening.
We pulled weekly trend signal from four sources - OnlyFans public profile data, Pornhub trending categories, the top 40 adult-relevant subreddits, and Google Trends - across roughly 5,000 active creator profiles for the four-week window ending 2026-04-25. The thirty niches below had the strongest blended growth signal in that window.
Growth here means net new attention - new search volume, new tube category views, new subreddit subscribers, and new public-profile creator counts. It does NOT mean those niches pay best in absolute terms. The two are different problems and we'll do absolute-pay benchmarks in a separate report.

The three niches about to saturate
Three of the niches in the table above are rated "high" saturation. That means new creator entrants are arriving faster than new audience demand. In practice, this means starting fresh in any of these three is a worse bet than the absolute growth percentage suggests:
- Petite girlfriend-experience. +14% audience growth, but creator-side entrants up +29%. New creators in this space are competing for shrinking per-creator pie.
- Foot-focus. Reliable evergreen demand, but the creator side has been crowding for two years. Earnings are bimodal: strong tail-of-distribution earners, thin middle.
- Cosplay (Western IP). The audience is split between the much higher-growth anime-cosplay segment (#2) and Western IP, which has plateaued.
"The fastest-growing niche is rarely the one most likely to pay you. The right move is to pick a fast-growing niche that's also low-saturation and has demand from a region you can authentically serve."
The three sleeper niches worth watching
Three niches have growth in the 5-10% range but very low saturation, which makes them the highest expected value per new entrant in the table:
- Tradwife-inversion (#6). Aesthetic is the slow-living tradwife codified by Instagram in 2024-25, with adult content as a deliberate inversion. Low creator density, growing fast on Twitter and Reddit.
- Y2K / 2000s revival (#10). Cultural moment - early-2000s nostalgia is sustained. Creators leaning into the Bratz-meets-Paris-Hilton aesthetic are pulling meaningful audiences with low competition.
- Cottagecore (#22). Quiet, niche aesthetic, very low saturation, attracts a higher-paying-per-sub audience that values curated lifestyle content.
How to use this
Use the table to identify two or three candidate niches and then run them against your own profile audit. The audit looks at whether your bio, post cadence, and pricing match the median for each candidate niche - if they don't, it tells you which gaps would close easily and which would require a creative pivot.
